• A welcome email with lots of resources for your new role
• Automatic assignment of 8 eLearning courses (known as the SDC Fast Start) that go over your role in depth (courses available in learn365)
• A 4 hour live, virtual training called an SDC Intensive that reviews key functions of the role
• A 12-week live, virtual training (known as the SDC Cohort) that meets 1 time per week for an hour
• Job shadowing with another SDC (where possible)
• Additional 1:1 training as needed/requested
